Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tortillas: Lay out the 5 flour tortillas on a clean surface or baking sheet. This will be the base of your pizza burritos.
  2. Spread Sauce: Evenly spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges to prevent spillage when rolling.
  3. Add Cheese and Pepperoni: Sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella cheese, then top with 6 or more pepperoni slices (or your preferred stuffing ingredients) on each tortilla.
  4. Roll the Burritos: Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides just like a burrito, ensuring the fillings stay inside.
  5. Season Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to create a flavorful brush-on glaze.
