  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 12 tbsp oat milk (to thin as needed)

  • ½¾ cup oat milk or milk of choice
  • Handful of ice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pumpkin Cream: In a small bowl, combine the chilled coconut milk or heavy cream with maple syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract if using. Whisk these ingredients together until smooth and slightly frothy. Add 1-2 tablespoons of oat milk gradually to thin the cream to your desired consistency.
  2. Brew Chai Concentrate: Pour ½ cup of chai tea concentrate into a glass. If you don’t have chai concentrate, you can brew strong chai tea by steeping chai tea bags or spices in hot water and letting it cool.
  3. Add Milk and Ice: Add ½ to ¾ cup oat milk (or your preferred milk) to the chai tea concentrate. Fill the glass with a handful of ice to chill the latte thoroughly.
