Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this seasoning blend evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts to ensure even flavor.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is no longer pink inside.
